Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside North America, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. If your order is paid for by check our bank requires us to hold your order for 15 business days to insure the transfer of funds.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and House Charges. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Shipping And Handling A $3.50 handling charge will be added to all orders. Free shipping and gift wrap for gift orders over $25.00 to the same address in the contiguous United States, APO address may be additional. Shipping will be charged at actual Fedex or US postal rates for orders that do not qualify for free shipping. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please make sure the delivery address provided is 100% accurate to guarantee prompt delivery.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally process and send your order to you in less than 3 business days during the holiday season it may take a little longer to process your order. Items that are PRE-BOOKED are not in stock and the order will be shipped when they become available.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Items listed as pre-book have not been shipped from the manufacture and will be shipped when they become available. If an item is retired it is subject to prior sale and may be canceled if sold out.

Tax Charges For orders shipped to New Jersey 6% tax is added. The actual tax charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped. All other orders are tax free and you should click the exempt button to reduce tax to zero.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
